Terms & Conditions of Flower Delivery


Delivery Terms

The Company does not warrant an accurate time of delivery, as it directly depends on opportunities of our couriers and florists.


Delivery Delays

The Customer is entitled to a full reimbursement if a delivery delay occurs due to circumstances within our control.
If there is any possibility to deliver the order at the time agreed by cause of force majeure circumstances, the Customer shall not be entitled to a reimbursement. Should these circumstances arise, we will give a notice and offer other delivery time beforehand.


Delivery Charges

The product price does not include the delivery charge and it will be added to the total price. The above-mentioned charges depend on the destination and date of delivery.


Payment Processing Issues

Please recheck your payment data and credit card number as if, for some reason, you provide the incorrect information we will not be able to process your order and it will therefore not be delivered. The Company reserves the right to contact you to resolve the issue. The Company cannot be held responsible for any problems arise as a result thereof.



Orders are only charged in dollars. The prices are displayed in different currencies, but these conversions are approximate. The Company will not be responsible if the total price differs from one indicated on the site due to the currency conversion may vary depending on the financial institution and the chosen payment method. The most accurate prices are always indicated in dollars.


Delivery Information

The Company is not responsible for bouquets delivered to the wrong address or lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Customer. We may attempt to contact you to confirm the delivery address or to obtain additional information if our couriers report that the provided address is incorrect. Any changes to the above-mentioned information should be made at least two business days before the estimated delivery date. If for instance, your order is on 9 November, you should contact us before 7 p.m. (in the recipient’s time zone) on 6 November.
The Customer will not be entitled to a refund if the provided delivery information is incorrect or incomplete.


Delivery Restrictions

Flower delivery to hospitals, hotels, residential homes, companies, universities or public buildings is not guaranteed, but in most cases, it is held successfully. If you need to send flowers to a place like these, please give us note beforehand.
The Company will attempt to fulfill the order according to each establishment’s procedures but declines all responsibility in the event of these procedures prevent successful delivery. It should be noted that many hospitals prohibit delivery to individual rooms and most intensive treatment units prohibit flower delivery in all cases. Please check the hospital policy before placing the order.
You should also provide us with the recipient’s name and room number (if possible) if you wish to send flowers to the person staying in a hotel.
The Company will not reimburse money if an order cannot be delivered due to such circumstances.


Deliveries Refused by the Recipient

The Customer will not be entitled to a refund if, for some reason, the recipient refuses to accept the bouquet.


Order Changes

Make the desired changes to your order directly in the area provided for this purpose. Please note that any changes should be made at least two business days before the chosen delivery date. For instance, if your order is to be delivered on 16 March, you should get in contact with FloraQueen before 7 p.m. (in the recipient’s time zone) on 13 March.


Order Cancellations

If the order is canceled at least five business days prior to the stated delivery date, the reimbursed for the full cost of the order will be issued. If your order, for example, was planned on 23 May, it’s highly recommended that to contact us before 7 p.m. (in the recipient’s time zone) on 17 May.
If the order is canceled between five and two business days prior to the delivery date, an administrative fee of $5 will be withdrawn from the reimbursement. If your order, for example, was planned on 23 May, it’s highly recommended that to contact us before 7 p.m. (in the recipient’s time zone) on 20 May.
If the order is canceled less than two business days prior to the delivery date, no reimbursement will be issued.


Duplicate Orders

If for any reason, you placed two or more identical orders, we will issue a full reimbursement for the duplicate order, provided that you give us a note before these orders were processed.


Products and Images

Bouquets and additional products only contain components listed in the description. Bouquets are delivered without vases, except when otherwise clearly specified in the description. Images of flower arrangements are only provided to represent the average size of an arrangement.
Every bouquet we deliver is hand-prepared by the florist, so they are absolutely unique and there will never be same two bouquets. Please note that the Company does not guarantee an absolute identity of a delivered arrangement as at the picture presented on the site, but we do every effort to match it as closely as possible. The composition and shape of an arrangement may slightly vary according to the Substitution Policy described below.
The images of our additional products do not represent any particular brand and only provided to demonstrate the item. The Company does not guarantee the availability of these products as they are sent by our florists.


Quality Policy

We only deliver fresh-cut flowers that last long. Florists compose the bouquets 2 to 3 hours prior to the delivery time indicated in the order. The Company guarantees that your bouquet stays fresh for at least 7 days in case of proper care.
The Company declines all the responsibility for poor producing of additional products, as in this case the manufacturer only is responsible.
All the additional products will be delivered according to the expiration date indicated by the manufacturer.


Product Substitution Policy

In the event that, for any reason, some item listed in the product description is not available, the substitution of such item of equal or greater value will be necessary.
We will notify the Customer in advance if there are items to be replaced, or, if the Customer is unable to be contacted, we will replace the item with one equal in quality and price at our discretion in order to avoid delays in delivery. Any flower could be replaced without the Customer’s confirmation except roses. If the florist fails to make an equal replacement, the spread is to be refunded to the Customer.
If we are unable to deliver a particular additional product, the order will be delivered without the aforesaid item and the cost of the product will be recovered.


Color Substitution Policy

The overall shades of the bouquet presented on the image will never be replaced, while slight changes to the color of the flowers are sometimes unavoidable.
Please note that the color shade of the delivered bouquet may differ from the one shown in the image. A pink bouquet, for example, may have paler or deeper shades in real life.
We will notify the Customer in advance of more extreme color changes, if such a need arises, or, if the Customer is unable to be contacted, we will replace the color at our discretion in order to avoid delays in delivery.


Claims and Refunds

All claims and refund requests can be made within 24 hours after the date of delivery. Customers can submit their claims via email. It is highly recommended that to indicate the order number and attach a digital picture of the delivered product if you want to complain about the quality and freshness of the flowers.


Special Requests

The Company cannot guarantee that special requests will be met in any case. If we are unable to meet such request, the refund will not be issued to the Customer.


Delivery on Holidays Policy

In periods associated with plenty of orders (such as Saint Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.), some of the aforesaid policies may be altered:

Delivery Terms

Same day delivery is not guaranteed for the aforesaid time period. It’s strongly required to place your order in advance if you need a flower delivery in this time period.

Changes and Cancellations

The accomplishment of order changes or cancellations is not guaranteed if they are asked for during the aforesaid time period.
